The order amends several previous orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine regarding the allocation of funds from the state budget reserve fund for measures related to strengthening the state’s defense capabilities. The main change concerns Order No. 362 dated April 23, 2024, where the total amount of allocated funds is reduced from 8,121,562,688 to 8,066,681,523 hryvnias. Amendments are also made to the annexes of three other orders (No. 37 dated 01.19.2024, No. 287 dated 04.02.2024, and No. 331 dated 04.12.2024). The key provisions of the document relate to the reallocation of reserve fund funds directed towards defense needs. Changes are made to four orders adopted during 2024 and their annexes, which contain detailed information on the allocation of funds.
