This order amends the Instruction on the Organization of Material Support for Armed Forces of Ukraine Servicemembers, extending its application to the State Special Transport Service. The main changes concern:
- Expanding the list of material support items, including personal protective equipment, special clothing, and gear
- Clarifying the procedure for procurement and distribution of material property through centralized and decentralized mechanisms
- Updating material property supply schemes through relevant military management bodies
The most important provisions for practical application:
- A new procedure for providing State Special Transport Service servicemembers with supplies through procurement from state budget funds has been defined
- Specific provisions for material property support during a special period have been established – property is used until complete wear
- A new appendix with operational terms for sports equipment and inventory has been added
