The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 4, 2024, No. 950-r, pertains to certain issues regarding the activities of the Supervisory Board of the joint-stock company “Ukrainian Defense Industry.” The document contains three main provisions.
Firstly, paragraph 1 of the resolution discusses the election of an independent member to the Supervisory Board of the joint-stock company “Ukrainian Defense Industry.” Timur Bondaev has been appointed to this position. This decision signifies that the composition of the Supervisory Board is supplemented by a new independent specialist who is not affiliated with the management of the company or governmental bodies, which will contribute to the effectiveness and transparency of the Board’s operations.

This indicates that the terms of cooperation and interaction between the company and the members of the Supervisory Board have been reviewed and updated, possibly taking into account changes in legislation or the strategic goals of the company.
Thirdly, according to paragraph 3, the acting General Director of the joint-stock company “Ukrainian Defense Industry,” Oleg Hulyak, is authorized to sign civil law contracts with the members of the Supervisory Board mentioned in paragraph 2 of this resolution. This grants him official powers on behalf of the company to enter into the relevant agreements, ensuring legal force and compliance with all legislative requirements.
The resolution is signed by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, which indicates the official approval of the document at the highest government level. The official index “Ind. 25” denotes the internal classification and accounting of documentation within the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
