[:uk]The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved new rules for the preparation of excise electronic documents, which must be completed by economic operators at all stages of the movement of marked goods. The documents must be in electronic form with a QR code, and their application will commence on January 1, 2026.
A resolution has also been adopted regarding the formation of a unique group identifier for goods subject to marking. This identifier will be used in the electronic system for the circulation of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, and its formation will begin upon the publication of the resolution, with certain provisions coming into effect on January 1, 2026.
Furthermore, the procedure for the creation and functioning of the Electronic System for the circulation of the aforementioned goods has been approved, with its operation starting on January 1, 2026. The system will ensure electronic traceability of the circulation of goods and is set to undergo testing from March 1 to December 31, 2025.
A memorandum between the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and UNICEF is aimed at protecting children’s rights, providing for cooperation in the reform of the justice system and its adaptation to the needs of children. The memorandum will be in effect until December 31, 2029.
