On the reallocation of certain state budget expenditures provided to the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture for 2026

This ordinance of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is aimed at the internal reallocation of budget funds within the expenditures of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture for the year 2026. The document provides for the transfer of 75 million hryvnias between two budget programs related to the management of water resources and reclamation complexes. The purpose of this step is to adjust the financing of current consumption expenditures, in particular for payroll and energy resources.

The structure of the act consists of two paragraphs: the first paragraph specifies the exact amounts and directions for the reallocation of funds between budget programs, and the second instructs the Ministry of Finance to make the corresponding changes to the state budget schedule. As the document is an ordinance on reallocation, it does not change the total volume of budget appropriations, but merely redirects them between existing expenditure items within the same chief spending unit.

The most important aspect of this document is the change in financing priority within the sector: funds in the amount of 75 million hryvnias are withdrawn from the program for the operation of the water management complex (code 1205050) and directed to the program for the operation of reclamation systems (code 1207050). It is important that a significant portion of these funds (36.885 million hryvnias) retains its intended purpose for payroll, which ensures the continuity of payments to personnel while changing the source of financing.
