This Decree of the President of Ukraine envisages the creation of the Ternivka City Military Administration in the Pavlohrad Raion of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. The decision was made on the basis of the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Regime of Martial Law”.
The structure of the Decree consists of three clauses. The first clause directly establishes the military administration. The second clause assigns to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast State Administration the duty to take measures related to the establishment of this military administration, in accordance with the aforementioned Law. The third clause defines the date of entry into force of the Decree – from the date of its publication.
The most important provision of this Decree is the direct establishment of the military administration, as this means the transfer of management of the relevant territory to military subordination under martial law.
