**ORDER**
On Amendments to the Tables of Small, Large, and Especially Large Amounts of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances, and Precursors in Illicit Trafficking
Pursuant to Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances, and Precursors,” subparagraph 7.9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, approved by the Decree of the President of Ukraine of January 24, 2011, No. 81,
**I ORDER:**
1. To approve the Amendments to Table I “Small, Large, and Especially Large Amounts of Narcotic Drugs in Illicit Trafficking,” approved by Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of August 1, 2000, No. 188 (as amended by Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of April 28, 2023, No. 795), registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 16, 2023, under No. 814/39870, as set forth in Annex 1.
2. To approve the Amendments to Table II “Small, Large, and Especially Large Amounts of Psychotropic Substances in Illicit Trafficking,” approved by Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of August 1, 2000, No. 188 (as amended by Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of April 28, 2023, No. 795), registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 16, 2023, under No. 814/39870, as set forth in Annex 2.
3. To approve the Amendments to Table III “Small, Large, and Especially Large Amounts of Precursors in Illicit Trafficking,” approved by Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of August 1, 2000, No. 188 (as amended by Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of April 28, 2023, No. 795), registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 16, 2023, under No. 814/39870, as set forth in Annex 3.
4. The Department of Public Health (Oleksii Danylenko) shall ensure the state registration of this Order with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
5. I shall reserve control over the implementation of this Order.
6. This Order shall come into force on the day of its official publication.
