Changes in Cash Collection:
The National Bank of Ukraine has updated the Cash Collection Instruction, introducing several important changes. From now on, banks are required to have their own cash collection units to ensure the safety and reliability of the process. Also, the use of electronic accompanying cash warrants through mobile terminals is allowed, which simplifies paperwork. In addition, the limit for the transportation of numismatic products has been increased from 10 to 20 units, which will contribute to the development of collecting.
Notarized Documents During the War:
In connection with the martial law, the powers of state notary archives regarding the acceptance of documents from combat zones have been expanded. Now, archives can accept for temporary storage documents of private notaries and wills certified under martial law. To ensure the preservation of wills, a 3-month period has been established for their transfer after the termination of martial law.
Medical Assistance for Burns:
The Ministry of Health of Ukraine has introduced a new two-level system of providing combustiological care to improve the quality of medical care for burns. Special burn teams have been created at level two medical facilities to provide qualified assistance. For prompt response, daily reporting on available beds has been introduced, and refusal of hospitalization is prohibited if they are available. Particular attention is paid to coordination in cases of mass burn injuries to ensure effectiveproviding assistance to each victim.
Updates to Firefighting Regulations:
In the field of civil protection, a new civil protection forces and resources management system (CPFRMS) has been introduced, which will allow for more effective coordination of actions during emergencies. The use of unmanned systems and tablet computers is permitted for the prompt receipt of information and decision-making. To enhance the safety of rescuers, a new system of safety sound signals and marking of body armor has been established.

On the accounting price of banking metals
This is a daily notification from the National Bank of Ukraine, which contains the accounting prices for banking metals: gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. The prices are set for April 7, 2025, and are used by banks and financial institutions for accounting and asset valuation. It is important to remember that the NBU is not obligated to buy or sell metals at these prices, so they are for reference only.
On the official exchange rate of the hryvnia against foreign currencies
The National Bank of Ukraine has determined the official exchange rate of the hryvnia against 42 foreign currencies and special drawing rights (SDR) for April 7, 2025. These rates are used for accounting, as well as in settlements between the NBU and the State Treasury Service of Ukraine. As with banking metals, the NBU does not undertake to carry out foreign exchange transactions at these rates.
