Good day! I am happy to help you understand this document.

1. **Essence of the Law:**
Order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine No. 147 of February 26, 2025, cancels a number of previous orders issued by the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Ministry of Infrastructure, and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, which concerned the activities of the State Special Transport Service. This is done in order to bring normative legal acts into compliance with current legislation. The order comes into force from the day of its official publication.

2. **Structure and main provisions:**
The order consists of three points and an appendix.
* Point 1 defines the list of orders that are no longer valid.
* Point 2 assigns the Administration of the State Special Transport Service the obligation to submit this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
* Point 3 establishes the date of entry into force of the order – from the day of its official publication.
The appendix contains a list of 11 orders that are recognized as invalid. These orders regulated various aspects of the State Special Transport Service, including issues of remuneration, monetary allowance, food supply, chaplaincy service, the procedure for military service, and recognition as combatants.

3. **Key provisions for use:**
The most important is the list of orders that have become invalid. This means that the provisions contained in these orders are no longer valid and cannot be used to regulate the activities of the State Special Transport Service. Accordingly, this fact must be taken into account when making decisions and carrying out activities related to the State Special Transport Service.
