Essence of the Order:
These are technical amendments to the Procedure for Processing and Protecting Personal Data in the State Audit Service of Ukraine. The order introduces editorial clarifications and terminological corrections to the previous order of the Ministry of Finance No. 61 dated 03.02.2025.
Structure and Main Provisions:
1. Clarified wording regarding the taxpayer identification number, added mention of passport data for individuals who refuse the taxpayer identification number due to religious beliefs.
2. Introduced clarifications regarding legislation “in the field of personal data protection”.
3. Replaced the word writing of the number “ten” with the numeric “10”.
4. Changed the formatting of appendix headings (from capital letters to regular letters).
Important Aspects of Application:
– Changes are predominantly technical in nature and aimed at improving the legal technique of the document
– Clarified the procedure for identifying individuals who refuse the taxpayer identification number
