The changes primarily concern editorial corrections in formulations, for example, replacing the phrase “regarding their inclusion in the register” with “on the inclusion in the register of economic entities”.
Key changes:
1. The name of the register and formulations regarding the procedure for inclusion have been clarified
2. The textual writing of the number “three” has been replaced with the digit “3”
3. The numbering of subsections has been changed for better document structuring
4. Formulations regarding decisions on inclusion in the register have been clarified
These changes are aimed at improving the legal technique of the document and unifying terminology in the field of regulation of operations with precious metals and stones.
