Order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine dated July 26, 2024, No. 510 approves the list of documents that citizens of Ukraine must provide when registering for military service. In particular, this list includes: passport of a citizen of Ukraine, extract from the register of the territorial community, certificate of registration as an internally displaced person (for IDPs), birth certificate, document of registration in the State Register of Individuals, educational document, certificate from the place of study or work (if any), and four photographs.
