Essence of the Act:
The order establishes criteria for identifying enterprises and organizations that are critically important for managing the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone and handling radioactive waste during a special period. The document defines 8 specific criteria, compliance with at least one of which makes an enterprise considered important for the national economy.
