Essence of the Order:
The Government allows the State Special Communications Service to use almost 8 billion hryvnias of the special fund budget balance for purchasing special equipment and machinery in 2025. The funds were accumulated as of January 1, 2025, in accordance with the Budget Code of Ukraine.

The order consists of two points: the first defines the amount and purpose of funds, the second instructs the Ministry of Finance to make corresponding changes to the budget schedule. This is a new document that does not amend previous acts.
