On Approval of Criteria for Determining Enterprises, Institutions, and Organizations of Significant Importance for Sectors of the National Economy in the Sphere of Culture and Information

The essence of the order is to establish criteria for identifying important enterprises in the culture and information sectors that will have a special status during mobilization and wartime. The document defines which institutions can claim the status of being important for the national economy, which affects the possibility of reserving their employees from conscription.

The order structure includes two main sections of criteria:
1. Criteria for the cultural sphere (7 points) – cover national cultural institutions, educational establishments, museums, libraries, archives, and creative industry organizations.
2. Criteria for the information sphere (12 points) – relate to media organizations, broadcasting companies, publishing houses, and other information sector institutions.

Key provisions:
– It is sufficient to meet at least one criterion to obtain the status of an important enterprise
– For creative industries, there is a requirement to implement at least 2 projects in the previous year
– Special attention is paid to institutions that ensure the operation of the information marathon and broadcast on front-line territories
– Criteria for preserving cultural heritage and ensuring strategic communications are included
