This Law approves the Decree of the President of Ukraine on the extension of martial law in Ukraine. The decision is made in accordance with the constitutional powers of the Verkhovna Rada and the Law ‘On the Legal Regime of Martial Law’. The structure of the law is simple and consists of two articles: the first approves the presidential decree No. 26/2025 dated January 14, 2025, the second defines the procedure for publication and entry into force.
