Resolution amends the procedure for providing assistance to combat participants and persons with disabilities due to war for physical culture and sports activities. The main essence of the changes is to expand the list of seller category codes for which such assistance can be provided. Structurally, the document contains 4 points of changes and an annex. The key change is the addition of a new Annex 1 with a list of activity spheres and seller category codes (MCC codes). Instead of a single code 7941, two codes are now provided: 7941 and 7997 for the physical culture and sports sphere. The most important aspects for practical application are: expanding the possibilities of assistance use by adding the new MCC code 7997; technical clarification of annex numbering (the previous single annex becomes Annex 2); maintaining the targeted purpose of funds exclusively for physical culture and sports sphere.
