Order Introducing Technical Amendments to the Methodology for Identifying Medical Formations and Sanitary Transport Vehicles Subject to Marking with Distinctive Signs in Accordance with International Humanitarian Law.
Structurally, the order consists of two main parts: the first relates to supplementing the text of the previous MOH Order No. 1985, the second directly concerns changes to the Methodology itself.

• Clarification of terminology regarding objects of international humanitarian law – added specification concerning buildings, structures, vehicles, and search and rescue vessels
• Correction of technical inaccuracies in references to legislative acts
• Simplification of formulations regarding medical formations by removing redundant words and clarifications
• Editorial revisions to improve the legal technique of the document
