The order establishes a single criterion for identifying enterprises, institutions, and organizations that are of significant importance to the national economy sector in the field of social protection of veterans and their family members. The document is adopted within the framework of implementing legislation on mobilization preparation. The order consists of a main part containing 5 points and an appendix with the approved Criterion. This order replaces the previous order of the Ministry of Veterans No. 130 dated 06.06.2023.
According to the approved Criterion, only those enterprises, institutions, and organizations that belong to the management sphere of the Ministry of Veterans of Ukraine are recognized as important to the sector. This criterion applies to institutions working with war veterans, persons with special merits before the Homeland, affected participants of the Revolution of Dignity, and family members of fallen defenders of Ukraine.
