Decree Amending the Regulations on the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Regarding the Procedure for Representation of the General Staff in Courts and Other Authorities. The main essence of the changes is to expand the possibilities of representing the General Staff’s interests.
The decree is structurally composed of two points: the first establishes a new version of subparagraph 5 of paragraph 5 of the Regulations, the second determines the procedure for entry into force.
Key innovations:
– Introduction of the possibility of self-representation of the General Staff through authorized persons;
– Determination of the possibility of representation through officials of a special structural unit;
– Preservation of the possibility of representation through representatives.
