Order Amending the Form of Conclusion on the Results of Public Procurement Procedure Monitoring and the Procedure for Its Completion
This is a technical document that regulates the state control procedure in the field of public procurement. Structurally, the order consists of 5 points and contains two main blocks of changes: updating the form of the conclusion on monitoring results and changes to the procedure for completing this form. The main changes relate to terminology and bringing documents in line with updated legislation on electronic identification. Key changes include:
• Updating terminology regarding electronic trust services
• Changing the procedure for identifying the customer – now using the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine instead of the Unified State Register
• Approving a new version of the form for the conclusion on procurement procedure monitoring results
