Order Amending the Procedure for Providing Information by the State Tax Service of Ukraine on Requests from Executors Regarding Parties to Enforcement Proceedings
The order introduces changes to the procedure for providing information by the State Tax Service of Ukraine to executors’ requests concerning parties to enforcement proceedings. The main purpose is to provide state and private executors with information not only about debtors but also about creditors. Structurally, the order contains 6 points that amend the preamble and two points of the previous order dated 21.07.2020. The key change is the expansion of the circle of persons regarding whom executors can obtain information from the tax service, including creditors. The most important provisions for practical application:
– Expanded opportunities to obtain information from the State Tax Service not only about debtors but also about creditors
– 3 months are allocated for implementing the changes from the moment of entry into force
– Changes take effect from the day of official publication of the order
