Draft Law on Jury Trial in Ukraine The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine RESOLVES: 1. To adopt as a basis the draft Law of Ukraine “On Jury Trial” (registration No. 6674 dated 23.06.2021), submitted by the President of Ukraine. 2. To instruct the relevant committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to prepare this draft law for consideration at the second reading, taking into account the proposals and comments made during its discussion. 3. This Resolution shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.

Resolution Regarding the Adoption of the Draft Law of Ukraine on Jury Trial (Registration No. 3843), Submitted by a Group of People’s Deputies Led by P.V. Frolov

The resolution consists of two points: the first is about adopting the draft law as a basis, and the second is to instruct the Committee on Legal Policy to refine the draft law, taking into account proposals and amendments for further consideration in the second reading.
