This order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approves a new Instruction on the Organization of Human Rights Compliance Units of the National Police of Ukraine. The document defines the procedure for the work of special units responsible for human rights compliance in the police, especially regarding detained persons. The Instruction consists of 6 sections and defines: general provisions, tasks and functions of units, planning and analytical work, the procedure for ensuring human rights, monitoring the rights of detainees, interaction with other government authorities and the public.
