This resolution of the National Bank of Ukraine amends the previous resolution No. 158 of December 23, 2024, which regulates the procedure for banks to determine the minimum size of the risk of calculation. The changes concern the postponement of the deadlines specified in paragraph 2 of resolution No. 158.

* Clause 1 amends specific provisions of resolution No. 158, namely, paragraph three of subparagraph 2 and subparagraph 4 of clause 2.
* Clause 2 obliges the Department of Methodology for Regulating Banking Activities to bring information on the adoption of this resolution to the attention of the banks of Ukraine.
* Clause 3 defines the date of entry into force of the resolution.

* In the third paragraph of subparagraph 2 of clause 2 of resolution No. 158, the numbers “February 28” are replaced with “May 30”.
* In subparagraph 4 of clause 2 of resolution No. 158, the word “March” is replaced with “June”.
