Law on Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine Regarding Support for Domestic Book Publishing

Amendments have been made to the Tax Code of Ukraine to support domestic book publishing. In particular, value-added tax benefits are provided for operations involving the supply of domestic book products. This should stimulate the development of Ukrainian book publishing and make books more accessible to the public.

Law on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Improvement of Corporate Governance in Joint-Stock Companies

The law aims to improve corporate governance in joint-stock companies. It introduces amendments to the Laws of Ukraine “On Joint-Stock Companies” and “On Securities and the Stock Market.” The changes relate to the activities of supervisory boards, the protection of the rights of minority shareholders, and the disclosure of information.

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Approval of the Procedure for Using Funds Provided in the State Budget for Providing Financial Support to Farms”

Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine “On Approval of the New State Formulary of Medicines”

The Ministry of Health has approved a new State Formulary of Medicines. The updated formulary should promote the rational use of medicines and improve the quality of medical care.
