Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Amendments to the Procedure and Conditions for Granting Subvention from the State Budget to Local Budgets for Payment of Monetary Compensation for Housing Due to Certain Categories of Persons
Amendments are made to the procedure for distributing subventions for the payment of monetary compensation for housing to defenders of Ukraine and their families. Now, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs distributes the subvention based on data on the need for compensation submitted by regional and Kyiv city administrations. It is important that compensation is paid in full, and information is submitted through the system of electronic interaction of executive authorities.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Allocation of Funds from the Reserve Fund of the State Budget
UAH 8.8 billion has been allocated from the reserve fund of the state budget for compensation for destroyed property. These funds will be directed to the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development for compensation payments. It is important to ensure transparent and efficient use of these funds, as well as to report on their use to the relevant ministries and the State Treasury Service.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Financial Obligations of Ukraine as a Member of the International Transport Forum
A mechanism for fulfilling Ukraine’s financial obligations as a member of the International Transport Forum is determined. The Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development is responsible for organizing the payment of membership fees, and road carriers who have received ECMT permits pay for their use. The state enterprise ensures timely payment of contributions and other expenses related to participation in the forum.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the Implementation of an Experimental Project on Partial Duplication and Relocation of Production Facilities of JSC “Motor Sich”
An experimental project is being implemented to duplicate and relocate the production facilities of JSC “Motor Sich” to ensure the fulfillment of state contracts. The project will last for two years, and some regulations will be suspended for the period of its implementation. The construction procedure is simplified, and financing is carried out from various sources not prohibited by law.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Amendments to the Resolution on the Provision and Use of Cloud Services and Data Center Services
Amendments are made to regulations governing the provision and use of cloud services and data center services. The term of some provisions of the resolution has been extended, the requirements for information security tools have been clarified, the requirements for service providers have been updated, and amendments have been made to the standard agreement for the provision of cloud services. It is important to take into account the updated requirements for information protection and compliance with ISO/IEC standards.

LLC “National Unity Agency” has been established, 100% of the authorized capital of which will belong to the state. The management of corporate rights of the state in this LLC is entrusted to the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity.
