This order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerns the allocation of funds from the reserve fund of the state budget to eliminate the consequences of a man-made emergency that occurred in the Zhytomyr region.
The structure of the order includes:
1. Allocation of funds to the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration (for the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration) in the amount of UAH 147,820,629 for providing material financial assistance to the affected population.
2. The Ministry of Finance is instructed to make these expenditures on a non-refundable basis from the reserve fund of the state budget.
3. The Zhytomyr Regional State Administration is obliged to approve the list of expenditures within three days in coordination with several ministries and submit a report on the use of funds by December 26, 2025.
The most important provision is the specific amount allocated for assistance to the affected population, as well as the obligation of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration to quickly approve the list of expenditures and report on the use of funds.
