Law of Ukraine on Amendments to the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Codes
This law clarifies the procedure for imposing fines as an additional punishment in cases related to corruption and introduces the possibility of reducing the main punishment under the terms of an agreement. Fines vary depending on the severity of the crime, with defined limits for different categories of offenses. New requirements for coordinating agreements with senior prosecutorial officials are also introduced.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Grave Markers
The resolution amends the samples and descriptions of grave markers at the National Military Memorial Cemetery. It specifies that a memorial plaque made of natural stone is installed on the columbarium niche, which includes the State Emblem of Ukraine and the portrait of the deceased person.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Humanitarian Aid
This resolution regulates the receipt of vehicles considered humanitarian aid for military personnel. A temporary state registration period of three months is established, and procedures for the completion of acceptance-transfer acts and electronic declarations are defined. Conditions for canceling registration in the event of a military personnel’s death are further clarified.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Rehabilitation Means
Amendments have been made to the procedure for providing rehabilitation aids to persons with disabilities. The rights of military personnel to receive rehabilitation aids are expanded regardless of discharge, and the grounds for providing aids to children with disabilities are clarified. New documentation requirements for compensation for independently purchased rehabilitation aids are introduced.
Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Education Funding
Redistribution of expenditures in the state budget for 2024 for the Ministry of Education and Science is proposed. Expenditures for vocational and technical education are reduced, while expenditures for general secondary education institutions and educational services for individuals in healthcare facilities are increased.

The draft law clarifying the provisions on social guarantees for war veterans and the families of the deceased has been adopted in the first reading. The Committee on Social Policy is tasked with refining the draft law, taking into account proposals from the subjects of legislative initiative.
