Notification of the National Bank of Ukraine Regarding Accounting Prices for Bank Metals
The National Bank of Ukraine daily establishes accounting prices for bank metals such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium, expressed in hryvnias per troy ounce. These prices are used for accounting and reporting by financial institutions, asset valuation, and determination of duty amounts, but the NBU is not obligated to buy or sell metals at these prices.
Notification of the National Bank of Ukraine on the Official Exchange Rate of the Hryvnia Against Foreign Currencies
The National Bank of Ukraine daily establishes the official exchange rate of the hryvnia against foreign currencies and special drawing rights (SDRs). These rates are used for accounting, NBU transactions with the State Treasury Service of Ukraine, and other cases stipulated by law. It is important to note that the NBU is not obligated to buy or sell these currencies at the specified rates.
Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Regarding the Implementation of Experimental Projects Within the “Made in Ukraine” Platform
Amendments have been made to the “Made in Ukraine” experimental project, expanding the list of goods and services for which cashback can be received, and the program has been extended until June 30, 2026. Cashback can now be used for the purchase of food products, medicines, medical devices, and books published by Ukrainian publishers, as well as for “Ukrposhta” services. The name of the responsible body has been changed to “Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture.”

Volodymyr Levchuk has been appointed as the State Secretary of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine for a term not exceeding 12 months after the termination or cancellation of martial law. His remuneration will be carried out in accordance with current legislation.

### Order of the President of Ukraine on the Delegation of Ukraine to the 34th Session of the Assembly of the International Maritime Organization
The composition of the delegation of Ukraine to participate in the 34th session of the Assembly of the International Maritime Organization in London has been determined. The Vice Prime Minister for Restoration of Ukraine – Minister for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine has been appointed as the head of the delegation. The delegation is authorized to participate in negotiations and decision-making by the IMO Assembly. The head of the delegation is entitled to make changes to the composition of the delegation in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and to involve experts.

The “NOVA SYNERDZHY” Industrial Park has been included in the Register of Industrial (Manufacturing) Parks. The initiator of the park’s creation is the Novoushutska Settlement Council, its term of existence is 30 years, located in the Novoushutska settlement territorial community, Khmelnytskyi region.

Amendments have been made to the procedure for certification of mechanized demining equipment, its components and equipment. The terminology, certification requirements and technical supervision procedures have been clarified, and it has been determined that certification is carried out by an accredited body, not a specific institute. Government mine action operators are entitled to free certification.
