This is Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1270-r dated November 19, 2025, regarding the redistribution of state budget expenditures provided to the Ministry of Youth and Sports for 2025. The essence of the order is to redirect funds between two budget programs within the overall funding of the Ministry.
**Structure and Main Provisions:**
The order consists of two points. The first point provides for the redistribution of consumption expenditures within the general fund of the state budget allocated to the Ministry of Youth and Sports for 2025. Namely, the funding for the program “Preparation and Participation of National сборных Teams of Ukraine in International Competitions” is reduced by 35 million hryvnias, and at the same time, the funding for the program “Development of Physical Culture, Sports of Higher Achievements and Reserve Sports” is increased by the same amount. The second point assigns the Ministry of Finance the duty to make appropriate changes to the schedule of the state budget.

The most important provision is the specific reallocation of funds between these budget programs. This means that when planning and implementing expenditures, the Ministry of Youth and Sports must take into account the reduced funding for preparation for international competitions and the increased funding for the development of high-performance sports and reserves.
