    On the Allocation of Funds from the Reserve Fund of the State Budget for the Implementation of Measures Related to Strengthening the Defense Capability of the State 1. To allocate funds to the Ministry of Defense in the amount of UAH 999,999,960.00 (nine hundred ninety-nine million nine hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred sixty hryvnias 00 kopecks) from the reserve fund of the state budget for the implementation of measures related to strengthening the defense capability of the state. 2. The Ministry of Defense shall: ensure the targeted use of the allocated funds; submit to the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance reports on the use of funds allocated under this decree, in the established manner. 3.
