This order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine provides for the allocation of UAH 96.265 million from the reserve fund of the state budget to the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration (for the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration). The funds are intended for financial support of enterprises that provide centralized water supply and drainage in the conditions of martial law. In particular, this concerns payments for water supply services provided by the Regional Office of Water Resources in the Dnipropetrovsk Region.
The structure of the order includes two main points. The first point defines the amount of funds to be allocated and the specific enterprises that will receive financial support: “Production Department of Water Supply and Sewerage of the Marganets City Council” and “Pokrovske Production Department of Water Supply and Sewerage”. The second paragraph establishes the obligations of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration regarding the approval of the list of expenses, reporting on the use of funds, and their return to the state budget after the termination or cancellation of martial law.
The most important provisions of this order are: the allocation of a significant amount of funds to support the critical infrastructure of water supply in the conditions of martial law, the identification of specific enterprises receiving financial assistance, as well as the establishment of clear requirements for reporting and return of funds to the state budget.
