This act concerns the support of enterprises of the defense-industrial complex by amending the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws.
The resolution envisages the adoption as a basis of draft law No. 13420, submitted by People’s Deputies, in order to support defense industry enterprises. The Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy is instructed to finalize the draft law, taking into account the proposals, and submit it for consideration in the second reading.
The main provisions of the draft law will be determined after its finalization and adoption as a whole, but it can already be said that it is aimed at changes in tax legislation and other laws to support defense industry enterprises.
