Article 30 shall be supplemented with a new part as follows: “The exhaustion of rights conferred by a patent shall not apply to the use of an invention in a medicinal product for the purpose of conducting research and actions necessary for preparing for the registration of a medicinal product, including the submission of documents for state registration of a medicinal product, and conducting examinations of the registered medicinal product after the expiration of the patent.” **Article 3. Final Provisions** 1. This Law shall enter into force on the day following the date of its publication. 2.
