RESOLUTION OF THE VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE
On Directing a Deputy Inquiry to the President of Ukraine Regarding Awarding the Title of Hero of Ukraine (Posthumously)
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine resolves:
1. To direct a deputy inquiry to the President of Ukraine regarding awarding the title of Hero of Ukraine (posthumously) to Senior Soldier Horokholinskyi A.V. from military unit A1788, supported by 241 people’s deputies of Ukraine.
The legal grounds for this resolution are paragraph 34 of Article 85 of the Constitution of Ukraine and Article 15 of the Law “On the Status of People’s Deputy of Ukraine”.
The deputy inquiry was initiated by a group of deputies led by Bobrovska S.A.
