(as it relates to the tax service)
This is a technical order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which cancels the previous decision on the temporary appointment of Buhassov V.M. as the First Deputy Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
The document structure is maximally simple – consisting of one point, which declares the Cabinet of Ministers’ order dated 13.12.2021 No. 1652 as null and void.
The main significance of this act is that it terminates the powers of the temporarily appointed First Deputy Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. Such decisions are usually made either in connection with the appointment of a permanent leader or due to other personnel changes in the tax service leadership.
