Essence of the Act:
The order regulates the payment of additional rewards to military personnel of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine during martial law. It establishes the amounts and conditions for payments for direct participation in combat operations, performance of reconnaissance and special tasks in enemy territory and combat zones.
Structure and Main Provisions:
1. The order amends the previous Instruction dated 30.09.2023 regarding reward payments.
2. Establishes three main levels of rewards:
– 100,000 UAH for military personnel directly participating in combat operations
– 30,000 UAH for those performing combat tasks in border areas
– 15,000-30,000 UAH for instructional staff of training units

1. Detailed definition of military personnel categories and conditions for receiving each type of reward
2. Established documents confirming the right to reward
3. Defined cases where reward is not paid (desertion, refusal to follow orders, alcohol consumption, etc.)
4. Provided payment specifics for wounded, captured, and deceased military personnel
5. Payments are made proportionally to the time of participation in respective actions/measures
