On the Continuation of the General Mobilization Period Pursuant to Article 85, paragraph 21 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine resolves: 1. To continue the general mobilization period, which was introduced by the Decree of the President of Ukraine “On Martial Law” dated February 24, 2022, No. 64/2022, throughout the entire territory of Ukraine. 2. The general mobilization shall be carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization” and other legislative acts of Ukraine. 3. This Resolution shall enter into force from the date of its adoption.

Decree Extending the Term of General Mobilization in Ukraine for 90 Days from February 8, 2025. This is another decree in a series of decrees on extending mobilization, adopted every 90 days since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Structurally, the decree consists of two points: the first amends Article 3 of the initial Decree on General Mobilization dated 24.02.2022, establishing a new term; the second defines the procedure for entry into force.
