Resolution amends the procedure for forming the state order for training and professional development of civil servants, defining the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) as the state customer for training on anti-terrorist security. Structurally, changes are made to three points of the basic Procedure (No. 1262 from 1999). Each change concerns the SBU’s powers regarding the organization of anti-terrorist security training for civil servants, heads of local state administrations, and local self-government officials.
Key innovations:
– SBU is designated as the state customer for professional development in anti-terrorist security matters
– A procedure is established for submitting training proposals through the SBU to the Ministry of Economy (annually by April 15)
– The SBU is entrusted with responsibility for executing the approved state order for professional development in anti-terrorist security matters
