Order Introducing Technical Amendments to the Regulation on the Form and Content of Settlement Documents/Electronic Settlement Documents. The main purpose is to clarify terminology and correct technical inaccuracies in the previous edition. Structurally, the order consists of two parts: the first part contains amendments to Order No. 601 dated 22.11.2024, the second part contains direct amendments to the Regulation on the Form and Content of Settlement Documents. A total of 11 provisions and 5 annexes have been amended. Key changes include:
• Clarification of terminology regarding fiscal cash receipts and their types
• Replacement of the term ‘Data Accounting System of Settlement Operation Registrars’ with ‘SOR SOR’
• Specification of requirements for formatting details in settlement documents
• Correction of technical errors in references and numbering
