Decree amends the composition of the Supreme Commander’s Headquarters by removing R. Mashovets from its membership. The document is another amendment to the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated 24.02.2022 No. 72/2022 ‘On the Establishment of the Supreme Commander’s Headquarters’. Since February 2022, this is already the 20th change in the Headquarters’ composition.
The Decree consists of two points: the first directly concerns the removal of the individual from the Headquarters, the second concerns the entry into force from the day of publication. The legal basis for adopting the Decree is Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Defense of Ukraine’ and a proposal from the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
