Border Infrastructure Development Strategy until 2030
The Border Infrastructure Development Strategy until 2030 is aimed at modernizing and developing border crossing points on Ukraine’s borders with the EU and Moldova. The document provides for increasing border capacity, implementing joint control, and reducing border crossing time.
Structurally, the Strategy includes an analysis of the current state, problem identification, and 4 strategic goals: 1) increasing infrastructure capacity; 2) implementing joint control; 3) reducing border crossing time; 4) creating a network of service zones. An operational action plan for 2024-2030 is attached to the document.

– Construction of 17 new and reconstruction of 29 existing border crossing points
