This ruling concerns the procedural matter of consolidating six constitutional complaints into a single proceeding in the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. All complaints relate to the review of the constitutionality of Subsection 17 of Section I of Law No. 2352-IX on the optimization of labor relations dated July 1, 2022. Structurally, the ruling consists of three parts: 1) description of previous procedural actions regarding five consolidated complaints; 2) information about the sixth complaint by Iliushonok O.Yu.; 3) justification for the necessity of consolidating all six complaints into a single proceeding. Key provisions of the ruling: 1) all complaints concern the same issue – the constitutionality of amendments to labor legislation; 2) case consolidation is carried out on the basis of the third paragraph of Part One of Article 76 of the Law on the Constitutional Court of Ukraine; 3) the consolidated proceeding is transferred for consideration by the Grand Chamber of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine; 4) six rapporteur judges have been appointed to examine the case.
