This order replaces the previous order of the Ministry of Health No. 419 dated 28.02.2023.

– Production/import of vital medicines and medical devices
– Blood collection and blood product manufacturing
– Conducting clinical trials
– Wholesale and retail drug trade at specified scales
– Ensuring the functioning of the electronic healthcare system
– Belonging to the management sphere of the Ministry of Health
It is important to note that for some criteria, an additional condition is set regarding the average employee salary – it must be no less than 4 minimum wages.
