Regarding Population Support Programs:
Amendments have been made to the “Made in Ukraine” program, and a new “Winter Support” program has been introduced. JSC “Industrial Development Agency” has been appointed as the project agent. A one-time “Winter Support” assistance of 1,000 UAH has been established, which can be received through Diia or banks. Parents can receive assistance for each child, and pensioners and persons with disabilities can receive it through Ukrposhta.
Regarding the Protection of Sports Federations’ Rights:
The issue of financing the protection of Ukrainian sports federations’ rights in international sports organizations, including the Court of Arbitration for Sport, has been regulated. Payment for foreign legal advisors’ services and court expenses is now allowed. The Chess Federation of Ukraine has been included in the list of organizations receiving state funding.
Regarding Compensation for Damages Caused by Russian Aggression:
A new procedure for submitting claims for compensation through the Diia portal to the international Damage Registry has been approved. Four categories of damages have been defined: damage/destruction of housing, forced displacement, death of a close family member, and disappearance of a close family member. Applications are submitted with an electronic signature and automatically verified through state registries.

On the Accounting Price of Banking Metals
This is a daily notification from the National Bank of Ukraine establishing accounting prices for banking metals (gold, silver, platinum, and palladium) as of 26.11.2024. The document sets accounting prices per troy ounce for each of the four banking metals: gold – 111,105.03 UAH, silver – 1,274.55 UAH, platinum – 39,524.23 UAH, palladium – 41,420.05 UAH. It is important to note that these prices are reference and do not create obligations for the NBU to buy or sell banking metals at the specified prices. Such quotations are used by banks and financial institutions for accounting and valuation of banking metals.
On the Official Exchange Rate of Hryvnia to Foreign Currencies
This is a daily notification from the National Bank of Ukraine establishing the official exchange rate of hryvnia to 35 foreign currencies as of 26.11.2024. The document contains a table with currency rates, where for each currency its digital and literal code, number of units, full name, and official rate relative to hryvnia are indicated. Among the main currencies: US dollar – 41.4387 UAH, euro – 43.4733 UAH, pound sterling – 52.0967 UAH. Key provisions:

On the Application and Cancellation of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions)
This National Security and Defense Council decision concerns the application of personal sanctions to individuals based on the proposal of the Security Service of Ukraine. Simultaneously, some previously imposed sanctions against certain individuals are being cancelled. The document consists of 6 points and 2 annexes.
