On the Accounting Price of Banking Metals
This is a daily notification from the National Bank of Ukraine establishing accounting prices for banking metals as of 20.11.2024. The document sets accounting prices for four types of banking metals per troy ounce: gold (XAU) – 109,040.68 UAH, silver (XAG) – 1,298.79 UAH, platinum (XPT) – 40,103.88 UAH, palladium (XPD) – 42,063.80 UAH. Some Issues of Creating and Functioning of the Electronic Registry System in Plant Growing “e-Plantgrowing”
The resolution introduces an electronic registry system in plant growing “e-Plantgrowing”, which combines all registries in the field of seed production, nursery, and plant variety rights protection. The system includes 7 interconnected registries: variety database (including application registry, state variety registry, patent registry, representative registry), seed production entities registry, auditors registry, conformity assessment bodies registry, and certificates registry. The Ministry of Agrarian Policy is the system owner, and the Ukrainian Institute for Plant Variety Expertise is the administrator. The system ensures electronic interaction between individuals, legal entities, state bodies, and registries through the “Trembita” system. Access to the system is provided through electronic identification using a qualified electronic signature. The resolution details the procedure for maintaining each registry – who can enter data, what information is contained, grounds for making changes and excluding information. The system will start operating from December 1, 2024.
On Renaming of Certain District State Administrations
The CMU order changes the names of four district state administrations in different regions of Ukraine.
