Resolution Amending Certain Regulatory Acts Regarding Official Control Measures for Goods Imported into the Customs Territory of Ukraine
Main Changes:
• Updating the list of goods subject to phytosanitary, veterinary-sanitary control and food product control in accordance with the new version of the Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity (UCGFEA)
• Clarifying the list of documents for preliminary documentary control, particularly regarding submission of electronic certificate copies
• Updating lists of regulated objects for control of movement across Ukrainian territory and for import/export purposes
Key Provisions:
• Detailed requirements for electronic documents – they must contain qualified or advanced electronic signatures
• Clarified procedure for interaction between declarants and customs authorities through the “single window” mechanism
• Updated codes and descriptions of goods in line with the new UCGFEA version, specifically for animal and plant-origin products
