This resolution amends the Regulation on the Procedure for Granting Authority for the Right to Export, Import of Military Goods and Goods Containing Information Constituting State Secrets. The changes concern the list of cases when authority for the export and import of such goods may be granted.
The structure of the resolution includes an introductory part, which indicates the amendments to paragraph 4 of the Regulation, and a list of the amendments being made. The main changes concern the import of spare parts and the export of goods for the needs of security and defense forces, as well as the re-export of goods that do not meet quality standards.
The most important provisions are the expansion of opportunities for manufacturing enterprises to export goods to strengthen defense capabilities without taking them outside of Ukraine, as well as the possibility of re-exporting substandard goods to fulfill warranty obligations. This may simplify procedures for enterprises operating in the military-industrial complex.
