Order Amending the Procedure for Payment of Monetary Compensation to Military Personnel of the State Protection Service of Ukraine. The document regulates the issues of remuneration for military personnel of the State Protection Service (SPS) who are at the disposal of the Head of the Service. Structurally, amendments are being made to Chapter 3 of Section V of the base procedure. The reference to the current Presidential decree regarding contract military service in the SPS is being updated. Additionally, paragraph 3 is being reworded, which determines the amount of monetary compensation after the end of the disposal period.

– After the end of the disposal period, military personnel receive a position salary in accordance with their last held position, salary for military rank, and increment for length of service;
– Additional types of monetary compensation may be established depending on the performed service duties;
– The order takes effect from the day of official publication.
